Article XIV - Dissolution
The Board may dissolve the Alliance by a two-thirds affirmative vote. Notice of the proposed dissolution of the Alliance must be given at the previous regular meeting of the Board. Upon dissolution of the Alliance, any assets shall be distributed in accordance with the Article of Incorporation, as filed with the State of Michigan.
