Join us on Thursday, December 5th at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI for the annual MCEEA Holiday Mixer!

Topic: Attracting Talent in a Tight Market

Paloma Shah leads the campus and early-career recruiting efforts at financial services and consulting firm, Rehmann. With over half of Rehmann’s annual new hires being sourced from campus recruitment, Paloma has used her mixed background of accounting and HR to continually seek new ways to effectively and efficiently connect with new generations of talent.

After the Holiday Mixer, all attendees are encouraged to stroll around Rochester, enjoy the light show, grab dinner or meet-up at the Rochester Mills Brewery to continue the networking fun, (reservations made under: MCEEA). Royal Park Hotel is minutes away from downtown Rochester.


The next day (Friday, December 6th) will be our 2nd Quarter Member's Meeting at the Royal Park Hotel from 10am to 2pm (Continental Breakfast and Lunch included).

We have blocked 15 hotel rooms at a group rate of $162 per night (Executive King ) for those attending the Holiday Mixer and would like to stay overnight to attend the meeting on Friday. Must book your room by November 24th to be guaranteed this rate.

To book your hotel room, call the Royal Park Hotel at (800) 339-2761, and mention the Michigan Career Educator and Employer Alliance. Please book by 11/24/19 to receive the discounted room rate. Do not forget to present your tax exempt form at check-in, if applicable.


MCEEA is proud to support Charlotte's Wings!

This year, we will honor a local non-profit organization, "Charlotte's Wings".  Charlotte's Wings is dedicated to helping children and families throughout Michigan cope with the challenges of serious illness and health crises by donating new books. We ask all attendees to donate one new book at check-in.
